The farm
Restored the main house and two stone built barns, Capannino and Leccino cottages, renovated to excellent standards and appointed with the same warm style as their own home, with antique furniture enhancing beamed ceilings and cotto floors.
The accommodation
Leccino, 2 beds
Il Leccino, a completely restored self-contained cosy cottage, includes one double bedroom and one bathroom (bath tub and hand-held shower), a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with open fire place. The door opens onto a terrace overlooking the olive groves, ideal for enjoying the morning sun and the cool evening breeze. The cottage has central heating, telephone and satellite TV with English speaking channels, flat TV, DVD player, window screens, safe and also Wi-Fi internet access
Exterior: Each accommodation has its own private terrace with tables and chairs for eating outside and garden with deckchairs. A beautifully kept garden surrounds the houses. Close by, there is the shared swimming pool (6 x 12 m) with spacious solarium terrace furnished with deckchairs and umbrellas. The swimming pool is open from mid May (according to the weather) to end of September.
Capannino - 4 beds
Il Capannino, is a self-contained cottage in front of the main house, completely refurbished to excellent standards with antique furniture. Guests enjoy the large central room with open fully equipped kitchen at an upper level, dining room and living room with open fireplace. At every hour of the day light floods this very attractive space, which is immaculately clean. A few steps up there is a corridor leading to the two double bedrooms that are one above the other (note that one of the bedrooms does not have a door but remains very private as the inside of the bedroom is not visible. ) and a study with a door; two bathrooms, one with a tub and hand-held shower and the other with a shower. A large arched glass door opens onto the pergola covered terrace for dining outside ‘al fresco’.
