The farm
Within the estate of Monaciano diverse farmhouses have been restored in order to offer all the comforts of modern accommodations while respecting historical characteristics and using only original materials and craftsmanship of local artisans.
The accommodation
A short distance from the villa, on a hill overlooking the ancient Certosa of Pontignano, are the farmhouses Poggio and Poggino.
The complex, consisting of two houses and several outbuildings, has been restored, respecting the character and the original materials. In this area there is a swimming pool (7x15 meters) with changing rooms and hot showers, ping-pong table and children’s play area.
Farmhouse Piturnella
Groups and large families are the ideal guests at this renovated residence with large interior spaces and a large garden. It is composed of an apartment on the first floor of 170 sqm for 7 people and two smaller apartments (unifiable) on the ground floor.
Farmhouse Cellolino
We opened this farmhouse in 2008 and it consists of 3 spacious and comfortable apartments, renovated and furnished wit a fine touch, while respecting their original characteristics (handmade terracotta floors, high ceilings with exposed beams, Tuscan antique furniture), each with its own particular charm.
