Fattoria di Corsano -San Donnino is an old farmhouse that has been totally restored to modern standards. It is located in the centre of a striking landscape among the clay hills of the region of Siena, of which the towers can be seen just a few miles away. Historical research tells us that the building was a church from 1000 to 1550, and later lost its original function to be turned into a farm house eventually. It has been restored and subdivided into flats from 2 to 7 beds. The flats are spacious and preserve their original architectural character so typical of Tuscany, with beam ceiling, as well as bricks and floors made of Tuscan burnt clay.

The farm
Is equiped with a large kitchen and dining room that can be used by groups. In the garden of estate, a beautiful oval swimming pool is located (16m X 12m), with a fantastic view on the hills of Crete and Siena. Many guests call the whole setting a "corner of paradise."
The accommodation
We have seven flats: LOGGIA - POZZO - CAMINO - RADI - CRETE - CAPANNA e SANT’ANSANO. POZZO and CAMINO are perfect for a large family as they can merge into one large apartment if necessary, also they are communicating with the big dinning room and the large sitting room.
An alternative is the combination CAMINO - RADI - CRETE that have in common the same entrance from the court of the hose and have at their disposal the panoramic terrace and the cover loggia with tables and chairs for evening meal.
Two new apartments CAPANNA and SANT'ANSANO have been created by rebuilding the old barn. They can also merge into one large apartment, if necessary, for a group of about 10 people.
Activities and surroundings
In our estate is possible enjoy and buy two of the best tuscan products:
• the extravirgin olive oil, produced with the traditional method;
• a selection of the best wines of "CANTINA SOCIALE DEL CHIANTI E DEL CHIANTI CLASSICO", of which our farm is in membership and gives the grapes of Chianti.
