The farm
800 meters from the historic center of San Gimignano, a famous town declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, in an environmental context of exquisite natural beauty, stands AGRITURISMO VILLA PALAGETTO, owned by the Palagetto farm. A small village with fourteenth-century origins characterized by the medieval tower and the ancient buildings once homes of peasant families, the property is made up of two parts: Torre Palagetto and Palagetto di Sotto.

The medieval complex of Torre Palagetto, where our apartments were once located, now houses wonderful suites with all mod cons, for a relaxing holiday steeped in Tuscany’s nature. Our suites, with colour therapy jacuzzi tubs and showers, and charming relaxation areas, are ideal for those who want to get away from it all, unwind, and enjoy a holiday in contact with nature.
Rural Accommodation
The Palagetto di Sotto double rooms with en-suite bathroom – featuring either a shower or a bathtub – come with both heating and air conditioning. Every stay includes breakfast, which is served in the restaurant room on the ground floor of the main building. Each room is different in terms of colours and furnishings, and is named after a grape or spice.
Activities and surroundings
You can choose to book a relaxing massage either amidst our olive trees and vineyards, lulled by the rustling of the countryside, or in the cosy comfort of your own suite. Alternatively, you can take a stroll and meditate in the relaxation corners we have carved out for you in our green spaces. All this is in addition to what we already offered: the possibility of taking a guided tour of our farm and sampling its products, of participating in cookery classes, of enjoying special evenings in the cellars, of sipping a glass of wine by the pool or on the panoramic terrace, and much more besides.
