Our Farmhouse is situated in the middle of the Orcia Valley National Park -protected by the UNESCO since 2004. Our territory has always been historically important because the “Via Francigena” pilgrim road crosses the surrounding hills. During the 14th Century the Salimbeni family had several fortresses built in this valley in order to defend their estates.

Gli Archi
This is a large apartment (6 pax) with a living-room, a kitchenette, three double rooms and a bathroom. The Apartment still maintains the original chatacteristics of the Tuscan architecture: both the fireplace and the marble sink keep the exact form they had many years ago. An inner staircase leads you to the apartment’s hall which is decorated by arched windows.

Scaletta 1
The apartment (2+2 pax) is made up of a large living-room, a kitchenette and a typical tuscan stove, a large bedroom and a bathroom. It overlooks the Piazza and the surrounding valley and is built respecting the achitectonic characteristics of our region: it has both wooden beam ceilings and terracotta tile floor. It is possible to enter the apartment through the main door, through an outdoor independent staircase.

Scaletta 2
The apartment is made up of a living-room with a big fire place, a doulbe room and a bathroom. The kitchen is very similar to those of many years ago and it is furnished according to the farmers’ traditions. The apartment has a wonderful view over the Formone stream and Cetona Mountain. It is possible to enter the apartment from an outdoor stair to be shared with “SCALETTA 3”.

The apartment, situated near the Church, is made up of a living-room with attached kichenette with typical tuscan stove, one double room and a bathroom. It overlooks the olive grove, the “Lucciolabella” clays and the Formone stream. It is possible to reach the apartment from an outdoor stair to be shared with “SCALETTA 2”.

Il Pittore
The apartment (2 pax) has got two floors: on the first floor there is a living-room with a fireplace and a kichenette. On the second floor there is a bed. This specially romantic apartment overlooks the Amiata mountain. It is possible to reach the apartment from an inner stair which leads you to a hall to be shared with “Gli Archi”

La Casa Fiume
The apartment which is on the groundfloor , is made up of a living-room with a fireplace and a kitchenette, two double room with an extra bed and two toilet. This cosy apartment is characterised by typical wooden beam ceilings and terracotta tile floor. Moreover, it overlooks the whole valley, offering our guests a wonderful view over the Formone stream and the Cetona mountain. It is possible to divide the apartment into two indipendent apartments, only one of wich the kitchen.

Il Cipresso
The apartment (2 pax), which is on the groundfloor, is made up of a living-room with a fireplace and attached kichenette, a double room and a toilet. The bedroom overlooks the wonderful panorama together with the Formone stream.

lo sperone
Lo Sperone is a double room with a toilet, a fridge and a coffee machine. The room, on the first floor, has got a wheelchair access and it is not far from the swimming-pool.

Each apartment has its own private garden with tables,chairs and a barbecue.You can have some relax into the swimming pool and in the close square layered by "cotto"
Our guests have moreover free access to the table tennis room, the laundry and the car park.The prices include the use of water and the weekly change of bed linen. The heating could be regulated for each apartment by the guests and its paid for use. Our guests can buy biologic extra-virgin olive oil.
