The farm
The farm dates back to the 15th century and its architecture is in the traditional brick and stone style. It has been renovated and divided into twelve apartments which vary in size and are furnished with antique furniture to give them a great “Tuscan atmosphere”.
The accommodation
VILLA BOSCARELLO
The building, which dates back to 1600, was originally restored in 1802 and then from 1995 to 2000.
The Villa, with its swimming pool which affords stunning views over the countryside from Siena to Monte Amiata, offers the perfect setting for a relaxing stay in refined, exclusive surroundings.
The spacious living rooms with their elegant ceilings and authentic family furniture convey an old, charming, rural Tuscan atmosphere. Villa Boscarello is divided into nine double bedrooms and two triple rooms, all ensuite, with wi-fi, air conditioning and central heating. The large dining room features a traditional welcoming fireplace in the centre.
CHIATINA RESIDENCE
Chiatina is the oldest, most prestigious part of our estate. This historical residence is mentioned as far back as the 9th century. Its small church is reminiscent of the ancient church of S. Pietro in Clatina. In 867 it was donated, together with the court of Count Winigi of Siena, to the Camaldolite abbey of Berardenga.
