The Apartments
Tuscany, the Italian region in central Italy, is universally known thanks to its naturalistic beauty. In the south we find two areas which we suggest: the first is Val di Chiana, the second is Val d'Orcia, both located in the Siena province.
The territory is identified with mild hills, covered by precious vineyards, olive groves and century-old oak woods. The ancient medieval villages that still today have conserved their appeal are situated in this landscape.
In addition to the panorama, the two valley are world wide famous for their speciality food (gastronomy), for their excellent wines and the Tuscan traditional dishes.

18 apartments of different sizes ( sleeping two, four and six people) for holiday farmhouse apartments in Tuscany. Stays can be for just one night or lasting several weeks. The furniture includes antiques and old paintings as well as comfortable modern pieces in the sitting rooms. The effect is of a cosy home: authentic and intimate, comfortable rather than luxurious. Each apartment has one or two bedrooms, a sitting room with a well-equipped kitchenette, at least one bathroom with shower, and central heating. Some apartments have Wi-Fi, TV and ceiling ventilators in the double bedroom.

CAMERA DEL GRANDUCA
This bedroom once belonged to the Grand Duke of Tuscany and his lover Isabella. This is a love story from 2 centuries ago and it attracts those searching for a romantic stay. The ceiling has beautiful frescoes, and the furniture is antique. The window frames a spectacular panorama of the Val d'Orcia and the Crete Senesi.

The Villas
VILLA ARCHI

Large villa with pool for private use. Situated on a hill, at 400 m above sea level it stands before an immense spectacular panorama of the Crete Senesi and the Val d'Orcia.
On the 1st floor: lodge, sitting/dining room with fireplace, kitchen, 7 bedrooms (sleeping 14 people), 5 bathrooms. Rustic Tuscan wood furniture including a few antiques with the addition of modern sitting rooms. Wi-Fi. Swimming pool (10x5), private garden equipped with tables and chairs, parasols and deck chairs.
The small hamlet Fattoria del Colle is only 200 m away along a well-lit path leading to the restaurant Osteria di Donatella, the winery with a Brunello store, the wellness area with spa, tennis court, mountain bikes and the starting point for all the daily activities.

VILLA CENERENTOLA

Cenerentola ("Cinderella") is the name given to an old renovated farmhouse in a peaceful panoramic setting. A stone staircase leads to the lodge that joins the two sitting rooms of the villa. The larger one boasts a fireplace and both have their own cooking area. In all there are 3 double bedrooms, two twin rooms and 4 bathrooms. The furniture includes many antique pieces and paintings as well as modern sitting rooms.
Outside there are tables and chairs and deck chairs, and an outdoor Jacuzzi for 6 people with 24 water jets, permitting guests to bathe outdoors all year round in front of an immense panorama of the Sienese hills. A little further down the road, for the use of all the farm guests, there are two swimming pools, a tennis court, and the Fattoria del Colle gardens.
