Farmhouse Le Macie is a family-run farm in a certified organic farm that produces Chianti Classico wine D.O.C.G., I.G.T. Tuscan wine, extra virgin olive oil and honey.
Located in the heart of Chianti Classico to 480 m. above sea level, the farmhouse overlooks Siena and dominates with a 360 ° surrounding Chianti countryside; is therefore the ideal place for those who want to enjoy the tranquility of an authentic Tuscan rural landscape, made of woods, vineyards and olive groves, the unique charm of a farmhouse in Chianti just minutes from Siena.

The farm

The guest quarters are located in a typical farmhouse in the Chianti of the '700 and the agricultural annex, recently renovated respecting the original architectural elements, and offer the possibility of staying in spacious apartments with all the amenities.

All apartments of the farm have their own entrance and are equipped with central heating, dishwasher and television.

The accommodation

The guest apartments are located in the farmhouse of the '700 and the agricultural annex that have been recently renovated, offering comfort and tranquility. In the farm there are also a rooftop pool and a spa tub.

Activities and surroundings

Nature trails in the wood; tennis (Km 1,5), riding (Km 15), Merse nature reserve (Km 25).

At the company organizes trips (1 / 1.5 hours) with wine tasting. The visit includes a short scenic walk along the vineyards in the company of the owners or staff. They will learn some information about the Chianti Classico wine production area and the biological cultivation of the vineyard.
