The farm
The complex of our apartments (fitting from 2 to 4 people) can be reached driving down a 3-km dirt road in perfect conditions into the nature and are suitable to spend a short week-end or more weeks. They have been recently renovated in tuscan style and are very comfortable and spacious.
The accommodation
The modern kitchen with induction stove and the living room with modern sofas and Tv LED create a cosy atmosphere. The kitchen has tools and crockery, a fridge, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave and a mocha coffee pot. Bathroom with shower and hair dryer. Free Wi-fi connection. Bed and bathroom linen at disposal as well as dish clothes. A fan for hot days is available in each apartment. In winter the central heating is turned on. Outside each apartment there is a table with chairs and parasol for private use. The highlight is the panoramic pool, opened from may to september, that offers perfect relaxing moments. Nearby there is a table tennis and a barbecue available anytime. Parking is free of charge.
Activities and surroundings
The Estate produces an excellent olive oil that can be bought or shipped; we offer free oil tasting to our clients. A complimentary small bottle of oil is given to our guest.
The Arbia and the Merse Valleys cradle the Estate and make it a natural rich area with panoramic views, suitable for walking even near the lake where fishing is allowed. For more adventurous people a mountain-bike can be hired or trekking is also possible. We highly recommend to families with children and anyone wishing to view wild animals (wolves, wild boars, deer, roe deer, birds) to take part to a natural excursion by night with our wildlife guide. Into the wood, at walking distance from the apartments, there is a small church dedicated to St. Michael of Formignano, suitable for small celebrations and spiritual meeting.
