La presente per segnalare che dal 15/04/2010, giorno dell’entrata in vigore del DPGR 35R/2010, hanno trovato applicazione le disposizioni di cui alla L.R.T n.80/2009 (recante modifiche alla L.R.T 30/2003 e l’introduzione di un regime transitorio per le strutture esistenti) e le disposizioni del DPGR 35R/2010 (recante modifiche al DPGR 46R/2004).
Agriturismo- entrata in vigore delle modifiche al reg. lr 30/2003
Modifiche al regolamento di attuazione della l.r. 30/2003 su agriturismo e fattorie didattiche sono contenute nel DPGR 14/R del 29/3/2017 pubblicato sul BURT n.12 - parte I- di oggi 31/3/2017.
L’entrata in vigore è fissata per il 15 APRILE 2017
